The Chamber of Small & Medium sized Industries of Thessaloniki and the Business Support Center announce a Call for Expressions of Interest to submit applications to participate in a free advisory support action for entrepreneurs and executives of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) active in the agri-food sector.
The action is implemented in the framework of the co-financed project “AGROFFICIENCY”, which has been included in the Interreg V-A Cooperation Program “Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020” and aims to support and promote the cooperation of businesses in the agri-food sector in Greece and Bulgaria.
The consulting action is implemented by the VETH, in collaboration with experienced consultants, and concerns the free provision of personalized consulting services, per beneficiary, to entrepreneurs and/or executives of 20 SMEs. Each beneficiary company will receive consulting support services, which will concern the entrepreneur(s) and/or company executives who will participate in the following training activities. The consulting services will be provided by a specialist scientist and will concern issues of supply chains & logistics, sustainability, and circular economy.
In the context of the sessions, the consultant will outline the profile of the benefiting companies and come up with proposals for interventions aimed at improving their competitiveness and entrepreneurship.
Indicative topics of the personalizes counseling program:
- Startup entrepreneurship and business opportunities in the Agri-food sector.
- Compilation of a new Business Plan (Business Plan / Business Model Canvas).
- Financing methods, approaching new investors and readiness for new investment ideas.
- Preparation of proposals for new financing.
- Business access to new markets.
- Elaboration of a marketing plan (marketing plan).
- Elaboration of a strategic plan (strategy plan).
